Concept and design

Product concept validated with Pro-E layouts within 2 days; mechanical, electrical and software design in house.

Engineering and prototyping

Feasibility review from the technical and marketing side, prototyping and model making. About 95% of projects use our own R&D team.

Tooling and molding

Steel tooling plus injection, rotational and blow molding, metal bending, extrusion and casting.

In-house SMT

Our own SMT workshop: components are fed into the machines and boards are built in house.

Assembly and test

Assembly lines with function testing using auxiliary instruments on the line, plus on-site motherboard repair and visual inspection.

Quality control

An independent quality assurance department, and a dust-free workshop for special projects.

Packaging

Packaging design, manufacturing and printing for the finished product.

One-year limited warranty on new products and a dedicated returns warehouse for fast RMA.
